Because our products are made to order specifically for each customer, in most situations we are unable to process returns or exchanges. Please double-check your size, color, and shipping information before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, Misprinted or Incorrect Items

That ain't right, and we want to make it right.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos showing the problem so we can help make it right.

Wrong Size or Color

Because our products are made to order specifically for each customer, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges when the wrong size or color was ordered.
