How long will it take to receive my order?
Every Cajun American shirt is made to order just for you and ships via USPS. Please allow approximately 2 business days for production before your order ships.
Once shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping option selected at checkout:
- Economy Shipping — $3.99: Estimated delivery in 4–8 business days
- Standard Shipping — $4.75: Estimated delivery in 2–5 business days
Your exact shipping cost will also be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on the way.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as quickly as possible. Because our products are made to order, we may not be able to change the address once your order has entered production or fulfillment.

What kind of shirts do you use?
Our shirts are printed on the Bella+Canvas 3001 Unisex Jersey Tee, known for its soft feel, comfortable fit and everyday wearability.
Are the shirts unisex?
Yes. Our shirts feature a unisex fit designed to work well for both men and women.
For the best fit, we recommend reviewing the size chart on the product page before ordering.
How do I know what size to order?
Check the size chart provided at the bottom of this page and compare the measurements with a T-shirt you already own and like.
Because the shirts are unisex, women looking for a more fitted look may prefer to size down, while those who prefer a relaxed fit may want to order their normal size.
Shirt Care
How should I wash my Cajun American shirt?
For the longest life of your shirt and printed design:
- Machine wash cold
- Wash inside out
- Use like colors
- Tumble dry low or hang dry
- Do not iron directly over the printed design
- Avoid bleach
Treat it right and it'll be ready for plenty more crawfish boils, tailgates and trips back home.
Returns, Exchanges & Order Problems
What is your return and exchange policy?
Because our products are made to order specifically for each customer, in most situations we are unable to process returns or exchanges. Please review your size and shipping information carefully before placing your order.
What if my shirt arrives damaged, defective or incorrectly printed?
We want you to be happy with your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and photos showing the problem so we can help make it right.
What if I ordered the wrong size or color?
Because our products are made to order specifically for each customer, we are unable to exchange items ordered incorrectly. Please double-check the size chart, color and quantity before completing your purchase.
What if I received the wrong item?
Contact us with your order number and a photo of the item you received. If we made a mistake with your order, we'll work to correct it.

Are your shirts made to order?
Yes. The Cajun American uses a print-on-demand model, which means your shirt is produced after you place your order rather than sitting in a warehouse waiting to be sold.
This helps us offer more designs and colors while reducing unnecessary inventory and waste.
Where are your shirts printed?
Our shirts are fulfilled through our print-on-demand production partner.
Will the colors look exactly like they do on my screen?
We do our best to represent our products and artwork accurately. However, colors can vary slightly depending on your screen settings, shirt color and the printing process.
